Our certification officers review your application for completeness and conduct an initial eligibility assessment. We verify that your operation meets the basic requirements for the organic standards you're applying for. Any missing information will be requested at this stage.

A qualified UgoCert inspector visits your operation to conduct a thorough on-site assessment. This includes farm/facility tour, document review, traceability checks, input verification, and interviews with key personnel. The inspection ensures your practices align with organic standards.

Inspection report
The inspection report and all documentation are presented to UgoCert's independent Certification Committee. The committee evaluates whether your operation meets all applicable organic standards. If non-conformities are identified, you'll receive a corrective action request with a timeline for resolution.

Upon successful evaluation, UgoCert issues your organic certificate. The certificate specifies your operation details, certified products, applicable standards, and validity period. You'll receive both digital and physical copies. Your certificate is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
